The elastic waistband has been removed and replaced with stretchy fabric. Size Medium? Again, no tag to say the size. The waist measures 13" across unstretched. Hips are about 16.5" unstretched. They have quite a bit of wear - mostly a lot of fuzzies. Please see pics. And do not purchase if you are looking for perfection. NOTE IN CASE OF ALLERGIES: This particular item came from a home with cats. It has been laundered, but could possibly have a little pet hair on it.
