Western Button Up From the 90's, but had a very 80's feel to it. Black button down with rainbow ribbon swirls. Very funky and disco. It's by panhandle slim and it's of their Brooks and Dunn collection. Tagged a large. Pit to pit is 22", shoulder to hem is 28", and arm inseam is 20". Feel free to message me with any questions.
