H&M Navy Blue and Yellow floral dress - maxi wrap dress - Size 8 There are two clasps and a tie in the front of the dress to keep it closed. There is a small part of the fabric that is frayed on the front seam, but it is not very noticeable! Super cute and flowy, great for summer:D
