Ba&sh v-neck popover top. Smocking at back of neck and wrists. Black. There is a small hole on the left sleeve (shown in last picture). Could put a couple stitches in it to close it up and it wouldn’t be too noticeable. Size 1 or US 6 or Small. Armpit to armpit: 20” Length: 22.5”
