Stone Island Shadow Project double knee elastic waist drawstring lounge pants. Fabric is 98% cotton 2% elastalene and looks/feels a little like denim. No size is listed on any of the tags and I don't remember how they were sold when I originally purchased but I am a 33" waist and these would fit about a 32-36". Crotch is slightly dropped but not in an overly exaggerated way a la some Rick Owens etc. pants.
