This is an old CPR head/face cover. His head is cracked on the back as shown in pictures. We were using him as a joke yard art ornament during Halloween time. He does have some dirt on him because of this. I tried to get it all off, but he does have some marks. Please see pictures. Please see pictures with measuring tape for approximate measurements . Again, this was a CPR head/face cover, but we used it as a silly yard ornament.
