Vintage (1980s) Impromptu dress. Red, navy and gold pattern with elastic waist and wide belt. Shoulder pads can be clipped/removed. Tag is 12P but I find it more like an 8-10 regular. I’m 5’4” 135, fits slightly loose in the waist (belt is perfect for shaping), arm length “normal”, not petite or short. Small blemish pointed out, not noticeable due to pattern. 100% rayon, almost a sturdy cotton/linen feel.
