The inside has seen a some love/could use a clean, the zip on the inside still closes, yet is missing the pully tag, there is small hole I poked through the inside pouch in order to chain my phone to the bag. The bag strap you can’t notice this as I cover it with a slider, yet a little silver screw came out so I repaired it with wire, just keep the slider over it & can’t be noticed/or remove the strap. If you’re like me and don’t care too much about the inside of your bag only the outside then this is a steal.
