It’s giving “hear ye, hear ye.” Material has a unique texture, sort of like burlap. Marked size EU38, fits like a small/medium. I’ve worn these a lot over the years and there is very little wear. Some minor discoloration on the lining of both the waist and ankle areas. There may be some very faint spots on the legs – only visible in some lighting so hard to photograph sry!
