To my best knowledge, it is actual Jade. I did a scratch test. It did not scratch the ring. It is cool to the Touch, and there are multiple color inclusions which are different signs that it is a true material of Jade. Also, there are some slight imperfections of the material around the outside edges, which is another sign that it is a true material not synthetic . This is to the best of my knowledge. I have no certifications on it.
