This one is homemade and full and fluffy. It is made with strips of tulle, both the pink and white, as well as white glitter. It is one size, with no tag. However, the waistband is about 13.5" across (so about 27" waistband). It has a lot of stretch, as it is an elastic waistband. The length is about 13" from waistband to bottom hemline.
