Levi’s y2k denim jacket/blazer. I bought this from Macy’s in NY about 10 years ago! Beautiful purple gem buttons and a very flattering slim fit. Excellent condition. I think that this is a kids medium, but it fits me well (its a bit tight on the arms) and I’m a size 10. Message me any questions 😊
