Tagged Women’s size BS 16 to fit H (height?) 39/41 W (waist?) 28. Not sure what that means, but it fits like a Women’s XS/S modeled on a S/M 29” waist 5’5” and this is just too tight on my waist. There’s room in the hips bc it flares out with the pleating & bc of the wrap style. Unisex. In good used condition w/no noticeable flaws. Has been washed (in cold w/Woolite + hang dry).
