NOT scratchy at all, and is very form flattering! However it runs kind of small, so best suggested for sizes XS-M (0-4) and the detailing is very beautiful. COLOR IS A CREAM LACE, IT'S NOT PURE WHITE. IT HAS LOOP HOLES ON THE COLLAR FOR THE BIJOU ACCESSORY. - Rose skirt has beautiful identical prints front and back, slight stretch, but it's not very flattering on me. The length of the skirt goes to a little halfway down my thighs (ref: 5'1"), but sizing I would say XS-M (0-4). Has a sheer satin underlayer. - No flaws on everything.
