Vintage Taxco, Mexico sterling silver brooch/pendant with a striking modernist geometric design. The front features a combination of silver-toned, brass/gold-toned, black, and green textured sections arranged in an abstract Southwestern-style pattern. The back is stamped HECHO EN MEXICO, METALES TAXCO, and STERLING 925 CBC TAXCO MEX. It is designed as a convertible piece and can be worn as either a brooch or pendant. Measures approximately 1.75 inches across. Pre-owned vintage condition with age-related patina, tarnish, surface wear, and darkened areas on the reverse. The mixed-metal front has a wonderfully aged appearance. Pin and pendant bail are present. Please review all photos closely as they are part of the description.
