This is a really pretty sheer black blouse with velvet design all over and a bit of chiffon peeking out at the bottom to look like an extra layer. Very soft and stretchy and flowy. Kinda grunge and more formal looking for work! Brand is Simply Vera by Vera Wang and it’s a size medium.
