Late 90s/early Y2K. Made by Grey Ant, IMHO the best local Los Angeles, indie designer. Light cotton. Opaque. The black belt has an intentional light spot at the tip (see pic), my mom says it came that way. Perhaps meant to look like a bleach spot, I guess. The inside of the wrap ties with a small string.
