This is a Cato brand women’s plus-size blouse featuring a vibrant multi-colored paisley pattern in shades of blue, red, yellow, and beige. 100% polyester chiffon fabric that has a sheer, lightweight texture. It has an open-front style featuring a single center-front tie closure with matching patterned strings. The blouse has long sleeves that finish with wide, flared bell cuffs or ruffle detailing at the ends. The bottom edge features a matching fluid ruffle hem that runs all the way around the garment. The back panel shows a continuous, symmetric layout of the large-scale ornamental paisley motifs. Cato (Est. 1946) - 18/20W Google says it’s a blouse but I wore it as a cover up! 😅
