VTG Manatee clock with fish and shells There is a chip on the small fish on top. The clock works, but the swaying piece has stopped on occasion. I'm not sure how that piece works, but so far I've been able to fix it by making sure it is placed flat and giving it a little push. The clock has slowed down on occasion and I've had to change it to the correct time. Otherwise it is a fun piece to have around. #manatee #aquarium #clocks #sealife #seascape
