I've had this for a couple of years, but only used it a few times. It does the job! It fits comfortably--I normally wear a Large shirt/hoodie, and this is almost baggy on me. This one does have a little damage, as you can see in the pictures. The elastic strap on the bottom of the left side is broken, so that side doesn't cinch at the waist. The other side works fine, but the plastic adjustable piece is a little chewed up. The elastic around the hood and wrists are in excellent condition. It has a mesh lining, so it isn't warm, but it does well against rain and wind. You can roll the hood up and Velcro it into the collar (shown).
