When I purchased this beauty at a Renaissance fair, I was told that this dress was made by a specialized local small business that crafted one-of-a-kind dresses for any occasion, so you didn't see yourself coming and accentuated your individuality. This was a combination of a pantsuit, mini skirt, fairy overlay skirt with a sprinkling of Egyptian neckline, and a harem playfulness. It's a size small. A dramatic teal halter dress with a hidden sequin short romper underneath and long sheer flowing panels over the top. It is a connected sequin tube-top shorts romper underneath with many sheer panels from the waist down.
