These are a pair of camo suede desert boots made in Italy by Paolo Sinonini. They have a casual, ankle-high boot style, made of camo dyed suede with a soft crepe rubber sole, with a comfortable and relaxed look, popularized by Clarks after British officers encountered similar boots in WWII Africa, and are versatile for pairing with jeans or chinos. They are a Euro size 44, which translate to a 10.5-11 in US size. I may have worn these maybe once. This pair has a tan and brown camo combo with brown laces.
