I bought these for myself because they are so thick and warm and were obviously very old and, well, cool looking. I originally thought they were handmade since they don't have any tags, but after some research I realized they are 1940/50s hunting pants from famed Johnson Woolen Mills in Vermont...and also a little too snug on me! My loss is your gain :) 30" waist laid flat, 32" inseam, 11.5" rise. Metal zipper and button closure. 19" at widest hip point. Hip pockets and back pockets with button closure. Unlined. No holes or other issues. Light wear. Price reflects the fact that the pants don't have tags. I am 99.999% sure they are Johnson of this era, as one of the things I sell a lot of is vintage wool. Please compare my photos to photos of similar from other sellers.
