Super lightweight, feels like you’re wearing next to nothing. Cute ruffled flutter cap sleeved/sleeveless effect at shoulders. Very unique scribble floral print. Good preowned condition. **Note: only flaw is seen in 4th photo: light stretched seam on side, almost pulling but hardly noticeable except for in closeup photo due to age of dress and its delicate material.**
