2000s style black sparkly fit and flare dress with tulle underneath. Features a bow under the bust. Bust is lightly padded so can be worn with or without a bra. Would fit a B or C cup best. Modeled on 5'6 size small. Slightly too small for me, would probably fit around a size 3/4. DM me for measurements. In good condition with just a couple small tears in the tulle which aren't visible.
