Vintage 1970s Schott NYC 656 Cafe Racer Steerhide Brown Leather Jacket SZ 42/Large Schott model 656 cafe racer jacket was produced only from 1979 to 1980. Made in the USA and out of very durable steerhide leather. Chunky Talon zipper. If you look closely it looks kinda black. Look at the close up photo with the white background to see what I’m talking about. Maybe someone painted it in the 70s? Zips up and down fine though. Two side pockets. Left pocket is missing pull tab but still works. Two side buckles at the bottom back. For some reason it looks like someone painted them brown, look closely. End of sleeves have 1/4 zips All zippers and both buckles are functional. Two snaps on collar for collar strap. Nice detail with Schott on them. Inside silk lining has some blemishes but no rips. Missing the sherpa lining. Paper tag in left pocket labeled as size 42. Check measurements for your fit. Pit to pit 22.5” Shoulder to hem 26.5” Shoulder to shoulder 18.5” Sleeves 24.5”
