I have worn this jacket to work everyday for about 5 years as a professional mechanic. It has never been washed. I leave it out in the sun. I tailored it to fit more slim, all hand stitched with floss. I've replaced buttons as needed. Its greasy enough that its somewhat water resistant. It smells like a shop, not bad but dusty. This is the real shit folks.
