Maggie speaks from an optimistic, encouraging place, with a ton of experience and she provides a lot of amazing generative writing prompts (I included one in the pics to give an idea) | I'm only parting with my copy because I really don't write poetry and this is best suited (imo) for poetry writing - she does speak to fiction writing or writing more broadly but her experience is grounded in poetry.
