Size is labeled 2 and I would say it can fit up to a 4 in bottoms. (See model sizes below). There is little to no stretch in the waist. Zip close in the back, along with a button and a small snap closure. This skirt does have a slit (which is supposed to go in the back) but I move it around, as you can see in the photos. You may feel inclined to sew the top of the fabric at the slit.
