This is a Bay Studio petite tropical print blouse in green and white, with a textured pleated fabric, a smocked waist, and cute little buttons down the front. The tag reads PM, which is Petite Medium, and the fabric is 59 percent polyester and 41 percent cotton. It fits like a petite medium, so check the measurements if you're between sizes.
