1998 Sailor Moon Chibi Moon Standing Plush Chibi-usa has been watching game shows lately and she thinks she has what it takes to be an announcer. She is a vintage Banpresto Japanese import. Used to have a pink memo board attached (see glue on hand), but I like her better this way, as you can have her introduce your collection, wave hello to you at your door, or just stick something ridiculous in her hand.
