The 2 - 357 size batteries were replace with new ones. It comes with the zoom lens. No other items, just the camera and lens. Note - The internal camera lenses need to be cleaned but the overall camera is in fair to good shape. #Photography , #35mm , #Vintage , #90s , #Camera
