This item is the Binary Arts Rush Hour Traffic Jam Puzzle Card Set 2 expansion pack from 1997, which includes 40 new challenges and an extra red "fancy car" token. Note that you must already own the original Rush Hour base game to use these expansion cards and play the new puzzles. The cardboard does have damage to it but it does not affect the cards or the car inside of it. So they are still in perfect condition.
