Shawn Phillips - Faces LP VG/VG Folk Rock 1972 Vintage Vinyl Original Press 10 This record has been cleaned in a spin clean and has a brand new inner and outer sleeve. Every record is visually graded under bright light. Once in a while I will play-test a record but 99% are visually graded only due to time constraints. Grading is subjective and I try to be conservative. I will not sell a record that I think grades less than VG. Grading the jacket is even more subjective and can grade less than VG as low as P for poor.  I grade mostly based on the Goldmine system but here's the short version. M-Mint – New, Sealed NM – Near Mint – Zero scratches or Scuffs, Dark shiny vinyl VG+ minimal scratches or scuffs, overall nice-looking vinyl. VG more light scratches or scuffs, but nothing that can be felt by lightly rubbing a finger over it.
