If you are not either you need to check them out. These corduroy jeans are very well made. Extremely flattering. They literally mold themselves to your body shape over time. And yes, they are a dark green as you can see in the model pic. (My phone camera makes them look black). I did check the measurements myself and they are a 30 inch waist with a 36 inch inseam.
