This is a navy blue cocktail dress by Pamella Roland. It is lined up until the bodice area where the chest and arms are then see through. It has a small slit in the back and has an open back with jewel details. It has a hidden zipper on the side. It is a size 10. I’ve provided a lot of different measurements. Great condition.
