I think this is a HESHE Women's Genuine Leather Top-Handle Satchel/Crossbody Bag (often listed in the "British Sorrel" or "Rustic Brown" colorway). It is recognizable by its soft pebbled leather texture, prominent silver-tone hardware connecting the rolled top handles, a centered rear zipper pocket, and the distinctive long leather fringe tassel attachment on the side.
