Damage to both straps , some discoloration throughout different areas (can be seen in all photos) inside padding for laptop is somewhat broken up a bit. The snap closures and buckles work perfectly. Purchased a while back at Urban Outfitters. Used daily for quite a few months by a couple family members. Inside is very clean , even with all the damage.
