*FLAWED* Albert Nipon black velvet jacket . Short standing collar. Padded shoulders. Flattering silhouette. Size 12. Fits like a size small. Measured flat - shoulder to shoulder 14". Pit to pit 17". 22 long from the shoulder. Shown on a size 4. Bust 34". Waist 25". Hips 35.5". There are a few flaws- most of the buttons are missing or very fragile and the button loops are heavily worn. There is a hand sewn repair in the back of the arm hole.
