japanese brand éclair white polka dot tulle mini skirt - pure white. this is SO CUTE. but i really don't reach for it, and it is kind of loose on me as an XS. JP medium, the waistband is satin and elastic, i'd recommend it for a US M. there are built in satin safety shorts. not super mini, but the shorts definitely give some comfort. please take this away from me before i change my mind!!! X(
