Measurements: SKIRT: waist 19" with elastic on both sides, front length 22" from top of waist to top of front split, back length 35 1/2" from waist to hem. BLOUSE: is sleeveless, width 17" from shoulder to shoulder, back length 25" from neck to hem, front length 20" from top of front to hem.
