This set by Ferman O Grady is gorgeous. White lace overlays thin baby blue chiffon. There is a wonderful large baby blue bubble bow and gathered belt. This dress measures 35 inches in the bust, 26-27” in the waist, 37” in the hips. The waist to hem is 23” Has fraying and a small tear in lace on the bolero. There are no tears on the dress.
