A size 14 US would fit perfectly in this dress due to the cuffs. Measurements are provided in the photos! The dress has everything included with are the detachable tie and the chains that decorate the dress. The one thing to note however is that I tried to modify the cuff sleeves for a more comfy fit. I've worn this a handful of times but I think this dress is suited for someone else. Can do holds but for no more than 3 days minimum, if not purchased till then, I will move on to the next person.
