Cool button up dress by Kitchen Orange from the 2000s. They were a Canadian based online boutique inspired by rave wear! Reminds me of Vivienne Westwood anglomania pieces. The sides puff out and you can adjust them as you like. The collar is huge I looove it although it does have a bit of staining on the back of the collar. Very interesting construction. This un buttons all the way it’s fun to wear like a jacket too! Made in Canada.
