The skirt has a pleating detail at the waist and it has pockets ✨ The skirt has a good weight to it since it is double lined. I love it but it’s too small in the waist for me and is quite long (I am 5ft 😅). Please note where it is sitting on the mannequin. The mannequin from ground to top of neck is 64 inches. It has never been worn but there was a small hole that was repaired that cannot be seen when on. See picture for waist lay flat measurements.
