Lioness Devon Maxi Skirt in Licorice / Black I’ve worn this twice but it just doesn’t fit me right. As you can see it is meant to be worn LOW waisted. It’s a bit too big and long on me / my hips. i could potentially take it in but would rather just re-home. Size small, semi see though but not bad! I would Not describe this material as stretchy.
