Women's Long Maxi Skirt, Olive, made of Cotton and Spandex (feels like light corduroy, velour-ish.). Elastic waist, measures at 15" but stretches to 20". This is sized as a Medium but, imo, it runs big. Very comfortable skirt! Approximate measurements are illustrated in photos. FLAW: A Barely notable, very beginning of a snag on the front, left bottom of the skirt & is shown in picture. (No hole) Very Good Condition.
