Came to me this way. Because it’s an 80’s style, it would suit a more muscular/petite frame imo. Waist is tapered 30-32 inches buttoned. This really is an amazing piece, I would keep it if I used it more. Will not accept low balls for it, please keep in mind! Would best fit a men’s S, Women’s M with room for layering
