This is a Technics SL-BD22 turntable dating from the early 1980s finished in black and in excellent working order. Technics equipment from this era fully deserves its excellent reputation - from the late 70s to late 80s they simply didn't make a bad turntable. The SL-BD22 teams the P24 cartridge with the excellent Technics tonearm and semi-automatic mechanism which is very simple to use and requires no setup or adjustment. It also features the iconic neon strobe light for pitch control. It's a great sounding unit - if you're just getting into vinyl or upgrading from an all-in-one record player you'll be amazed at the sound quality, and even a serious hi-fi enthusiast will find a lot to like.
